Almost-Universe
The Almost-World must be somewhere, and the Almost-Universe almost-naturally comes to mind. It is a place where things are almost-something else. It is a place where things get almost-done. It is a place where everything is in transition, and almost-nothing lives up to expectations (or if they do, the expectations were not what they could have been). It is a place where out-of-this-world stuff keeps getting invented. It is a place that everyone remembers quite well (if not totally fondly).
Up over the almost-tall buildings, past where the jets can almost-fly, there is a universe that continues to expand, continues to develop, and continues to challenge its almost-self.
